Dr.Elder is professional and encouraging. He answered any questions and any questions my family asked after performing thoracic surgery on me. There were no complications and the Intensive Care unit made sure I got all the medications and vital checks when I was supposed to have them. I was able to go home the day after the surgery. The nurse educated me on every aspect of my recovery from surgery, giving it all to me in writing. She also provided me with contact numbers.😊🩷

Very professional, very efficient. In and out in a little over an hour for a colonoscopy. One comment: Some details on the instructions were incorrect in terms of time. For example, one item says start cleanse five hours before time of colonoscopy, while elsewhere says five hours before check-in time. Also, if you start five hours before check-in, you can’t get through all of the water intake before the time you are supposed to stop drinking. There were at least three of these inconsistencies, and someone should probably proof read the instructions.

At Digestive Health Specialists, my concerns were taken seriously and several tests were done to determine the source of my discomfort. And it was a hands-on approach, not just a video conference (which does work for some illnesses/problems) which a different office had used to no avail.
