Well, I was 100% freaked out to go. I am afraid of the gastro doctor.
However, Dr. Alsop, alieved my fears, even though my BP was out the roof, he made it better by being extremely kind and understanding. He said, "I will not pressure you into anything. It's ok, no matter what you decide." Whew! That helped me a lot. He told me some things to do to help my situation and I am truly grateful. His advice is helping me.

I love Dr Totta and NP Andrea Gray! They LISTEN to you and are genuinely caring. Five stars doesn’t do them justice!! (And did I mention they know their medicine??). The office is organized and friendly and the staff amazing. Can’t go wrong here.

Dr Horowitz was excellent, giving the time needed to listen to my concerns and thoroughly assess what was needed to resolve.
Every one was very nice, Not a long wait to see Dr. Horwitz. He is awesome and I am so glad that he will be my new gastroenterologist! Very thorough, friendly, informative, caring and smart.

Even though the prep for the procedure wasn't fun the actual procedure was fine. The Dr was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable, as did everyone involved
Dr. Utarnachitt was patient and understanding addressing my concerns about my GI issues. Never felt rushed and explained my issues that gave us a better understanding. Thank you.
I can't thank Dr. Jones enough and his office staff for fitting me in the day I went for appointment, I apparently showed up at wrong office but they got me in and got the ball rolling for tests that Dr. Michael Gibson wanted set up and done.

Everyone was very kind and understanding that I was a little nervous. They all explained their parts and the procedure very clearly and I felt at ease immediately.
Just had my yearly consultation with Dr went great always takes time to hear me out and answer my questions. Check in with quick easy and on time. I have used this facility endoscopy center on Whitney road in Independence Missouri since the late 80s always have been seen reasonable amount of time taken care of by all who attended when I had procedures.
Good helpful visit! Seemed to know what they are doing. Knew or history from some time back too! Good to see!
