"Everything about my experience with Dr. Horwitz and the other staff was flawless. I particularly appreciated being able to provide pre-appointment registration using their secure website (I hate filling out lengthy forms at the doctor's office), Leading up to the appointment, the prep material was received promptly and with clear instructions. I received email and text reminders leading up to the appointment. On the day of the procedure, Dr. Horwitz and his staff were very personable, professional and communicated well."
