Dr. Kilgore was born in Mississippi and raised in Northeast Texas. He attended Paris Junior College and later received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University – Commerce. Dr. Kilgore went to Saba University School of Medicine on Saba, Netherlands-Antilles, The Caribbean. He then completed a residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Gastroenterology at The University of Missouri.
He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. A few of his special clinical interests include colon cancer screening, abdominal pain, and inflammatory bowel disease. When not working or spending time with his family and friends, you will find him in the outdoors hunting, fishing or hiking.

My visit to the office was great. I checked in and was called right away. Dr. Kilgore came in discuss ed my condition and meds. listened to my concerns, answered my questions., I really appreciated him listening to my concerns.

Dr Kilgore is great! The new facilities will be fantastic when completed next year. The new entrance supposedly is scheduled to open at the end of this month.. September.

As always the front desk staff is so friendly and thorough. I have never had to wait long for my appointment. The back office staff is nice and of course I always feel like I can talk to Dr. Kilgore openly.
