My experience was pleasant granted the procedure I was being seen for. Dr. Chen has a wonderful bedside manner and his team as well. The nurse was very professional yet personable, she ended up taking on the task of getting a line in me in spite of my "rolling veins". I Thank You!! My anesthesiologist was so reassuring... I am a cry baby when it comes to Night-Night time, he actually dapped away tears assuring me that I was in good hands. He was by my side as they wheeled me in; he doesn't know it but I took great comfort in his voice. Thank You for your kindness!! Now Dr Chen, he was very thorough explaining each step in detail and took great care in my slightly odd request. When I awoke and was coherent, Dr. Chen greeted me in recovery advising me of my result. Again, reassuring me that I did well & that I am healthy!! Side Note: for the patients.... OPT For the 24 Pill Cleanse, it makes the process so much more tolerable, I promise!!!
